Immediate Opening- School Nutrition Assistant

The School Nutrition Assistant (SNA) will support the preparation of all meals by applying basic principles of food production and providing positive customer service on the serving line.

Qualifications:

• Passion for nutrition, health and student development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Food service and cashier experience preferred.

• Must have a valid NC driver’s license.

• Ability to work independently to complete tasks within the assigned timeframe.

• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold, stand for extended periods of time and lift 40 pounds.

• Starting pay is $13 an hour. This position is Monday through Friday with flexible shifts as early as 6:30am and/or as late as 2:00pm.
